Marc Bara

Marc provides services for Project Management, Business Process Optimization, and Business Transformation to various organizations.

With over twenty years of experience in management, he has a strong track record of effectively coordinating and overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and tracking of industrial, IT, and transformation projects, including successful management of the development of several hardware units for satellite platforms.

In addition to his experience in management, he also has a background in teaching and training Engineering and Project & Program Management courses.

He currently serves as a Lecturer at several Business Schools and a Mentor at the eWorks Accelerator Program for start-ups at ESADE.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, as well as several professional management and IT certifications.
