Marc Bara

Co-Founder

Marc provides services for Project Management, Business Process Optimization, and Business Transformation to various organizations.

With over twenty years of experience in management, he has a strong track record of effectively coordinating and overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and tracking of industrial, IT, and transformation projects, including successful management of the development of several hardware units for satellite platforms.

He currently serves as a Lecturer at several Business Schools and a Mentor at the eWorks Accelerator Program for start-ups at ESADE.

Anna Ripoll

Co-Founder & CEO

With a background in communication, Anna‘s career has always focused on the intersection where strategic design, human-centered innovation and leadership meet.

She has more than 20 years of experience in helping organizations to become more customer-centric and to deliver great customer experiences. She is also a lecturer at various universities, business and design schools.
